Foreign Consulting Service Providers Registration
Required documents :
  • Authorized Signatory Download
  • License issued by the country of origin and specifying the nature of consultancy services provided
  • Membership/Affiliation of an internationally recognized professional organization relevant to the specialization of CSP (ONLY if the License provided does not indicate the nature/specialty). (Optional)
  • Acknowledgment (for architectural/engineering only) (Optional) Download
All Documents should meet the following requirements :
  • Approved and certified by the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in the country of the headquarters.
  • Certified by the Ministry of Justice in Kuwait after being translated from an accredited interpreter.
  • Certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.
Foreign Consulting Service Providers must upload all documents required as colored copies in Arabic and English using PDF format

When CAPT checks that the application has been completed, the consultant service provider will receive an email containing the payment Link of the registration fee.

In the event of approval by the Board of Directors for registration, the registration certificate for the consultant service provider will be received by e-mail.

Local Consulting Service Providers Registration
For commercial entities, please provide copies of the following :
Required documents :
  • Authorized Signatory Download
  • Certificate of National Labor Percentage issued by Public Authority of Manpower.
  • Commercial license specifying the nature of consultancy services provided in addition of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry Document.
  • Memorandum of Association and any amendment thereto.
  • Articles of Association (if available).
  • Commercial Registration.
For professional entities, please provide copies of the following
Required documents :
  • Authorized Signatory Download
  • Certificate of National Labor Percentage issued by Public Authority of Manpower.
  • Professional practice License issued by the concerned authority specifying the nature of consultancy service provided by the applicant
